Reception staff exceptional , lawns restaurant staff and food exceptional credit to waiters and chefs , morning breakfast staff exceptional credit to morning staff and chefs , room beautiful . Our stay was exceptional throughout however , could have been better with an information booklet, in regards to details on stays especially packages for example, I had a breakfast and dinner package with an executive garden view room , and food allowances each evening , if I had not asked I would not have known all details around the allowances and that they renewed each evening, but given that: the that staff where helpful couldn’t have done more , very good value will be returning .Would have liked a map with details on where all areas where , like how to get to the restaurants , hair spa etc it’s a very big place and I’m one to get lost and don’t want to bother the staff if I can help it .

Everything was amazing. Everything i needed for a relaxing break. Special mention to Abbie in the spa who gave me the most amazing massage and facial and made me feel completely relaxed. Everyone i came across from the lovely gentleman on arrival to greet me, to the receptionists, the food and beverage staff and the cleaners, were absolutely lovely and made a real effort and always smiling.

My husband used the pool which he said was very good. We seem to hit breakfast as each ingredient needed replacing so that was a little disappointing but the breakfast choices were excellent. The garden room was very good but would’ve liked to see and use a bath mat when showering. It was quite noisy after wedding party and guests leaving. On the whole very good

Appreciate there being a large car park. This came in really handy. Breakfast was amazing and highly recommend. Loved the variation, and the food was just what we needed to start the day.
