Great service, lets face it not everything always go to plan, its how problems are dealt with that counts. The staff were excellent

Clean, well kept and good sized rooms. The staff were amazing, especially the breakfast team, reception and the ladies at the spa. The spa treatment was fabulous - Holly was great and I felt totally relaxed after. 90 mins of bliss. The tapas in the Brasserie was amazing - food was fresh, tasty and came out quickly. Brilliant gym too. Wasn’t planning to workout but when I saw it I decided to go later on in the evening.

The spa is absolutely amazing. Definitely the best spa I have ever been to in the UK. Staff were lovely and helpful. It's a very nice setting in the countryside. I didn't have great weather, but it must be lovely there on a sunny day with the outdoor areas.

My request for a walk in shower was all sorted by phone before arrival Attentive friendly and helpful staff in hote,l dining and the spa nothing was to much Everywhere was very clean and well presented . Rooms nice decor perfect size Grounds beautifully kept looked stunning Food was lovely good selection for breakfast aswell Really enjoyed the stay

The facilities were good, the staff friendly and welcoming and the location perfect for a quick get-away. We arrived late and parted early as we had an early morning event in Liverpool. This was all managed well.

Plenty of Parking, quick and easy check in, staff really friendly and helpful, it’s clean and you can see they are spending money on the place keeping it mostly updated, room was a good size, bed and mattress very comfortable, great to have a door to go outside

Reception staff exceptional , lawns restaurant staff and food exceptional credit to waiters and chefs , morning breakfast staff exceptional credit to morning staff and chefs , room beautiful . Our stay was exceptional throughout however , could have been better with an information booklet, in regards to details on stays especially packages for example, I had a breakfast and dinner package with an executive garden view room , and food allowances each evening , if I had not asked I would not have known all details around the allowances and that they renewed each evening, but given that: the that staff where helpful couldn’t have done more , very good value will be returning .Would have liked a map with details on where all areas where , like how to get to the restaurants , hair spa etc it’s a very big place and I’m one to get lost and don’t want to bother the staff if I can help it .

Everything was great!!! From the scenery outside the room, into the gardens, the rooms, the waterproof tv in the bathroom was a great surprise. The staff were really welcoming and helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, and the chef went the extra mile to provide us with halal options............we had a great time

Having been to many various Four/five star hotels USA Ireland Europe Singapore Dubai Switzerland Your hotel is on parr especially relation to your staff Excellent customer care Fine dining (Restaurant )culinary experience menu a bit apprehensive but when eat meal A culinary delight well done chef Breakfast service again wonderful Spar dining again great service Spar pool standard of performance👍 attentive staff well done Reception staff 👍

One of the best breakfasts. Quality ingredients, with a wide selection of everything - all served in stunning historic surroundings (complete with Hall history).
